At Print Fobia, we create fully customized and made-to-order products.
Isliye hum return ya refund provide nahi karte, lekin agar aapko koi damage ya wrong product receive hota hai, to hum 3 days replacement guarantee provide karte hain.

🔄 Replacement Policy (Valid for 3 Days Only)

Aapko product receive hone ke 3 din ke andar replacement request raise karni hogi. Replacement tabhi applicable hoga agar:

  • Product damage condition me deliver hua ho
  • Aapko wrong product receive hua ho
  • Customization/printing me major defect ho

Note:
• Minor color variations due to lighting/screen differences replacement me count nahi hongi.
• Personalized products har order ke hisaab se bante hain, isliye return possible nahi hai.

❌ No Return / No Refund Policy

  • Product personalized hota hai, isliye return bilkul bhi accepted nahi hota.
  • Refund sirf tab possible hoga agar product dispatch hi nahi hua ho.
  • Delivery hone ke baad koi refund nahi diya jayega.

📸 Proof Required for Replacement

Replacement request approve hone ke liye aapko provide karna hoga:

  • Clear photos of the damaged/wrong product
  • Unboxing video strongly recommended
  • Order ID / Name / Phone number

⏱ Process Time

  • Replacement approval: 24–48 hours
  • Replacement dispatch: 2–4 days after approval
